Project Manager

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related fields. 

  • Min. 2 years experiences as Project Manager in web development projects. 

  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem -solving skills. 

  • Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project).

  • Knowledge of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). 

  • Familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). 

  • Understanding of database management systems (MySQL, PosgreSQL). 

Main Task:

  • Develop project charters, scope statements, schedules, budgets, and resources allocation plans. 

  • Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and coaching. 

  • Identify, asses, and mitigate project risks. 

  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders. 

  • Ensure projects meet quality standards. 

  • Manage project budgets. 

  • Track project progress.

  • Ensure smooth project closure. 

Human Resources

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. (Psychology preferred)

  • 1-2 years experiences in Human Resources 

  • Proven experiences handling or designing events,

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software. 

  • Knowledge of Indonesia labor law and regulations. 

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 

Main Task:

  • Manage recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding. 

  • Prepare employment contracts, data management, and maintain personnel files. 

  • Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and company policies. 

  • Oversee payroll processing and salary payments. 

  • Administer employee benefits, compensation packages, and performance management. 

  • Design, plan, execute company events, workshops, and  training sessions. 

  • Foster positive employee relationship, resolve conflicts, and provide HR support. 

  • Provide HR metrics and insight to support business decisions. 

  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures. 

  • Participate in ad-hoc projects, such as employee management initiatives and organizational development.
