Project Manager
Requirement:
-
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.

Min. 2 years experiences as Project Manager in web development projects.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem -solving skills.
-
Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project).
-
Knowledge of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
-
Familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).

Understanding of database management systems (MySQL, PosgreSQL).
Main Task:

Develop project charters, scope statements, schedules, budgets, and resources allocation plans.

Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and coaching.

Identify, asses, and mitigate project risks.

Human Resources
Requirement:

Design, plan, execute company events, workshops, and training sessions.

Foster positive employee relationship, resolve conflicts, and provide HR support.
